The quiet faithfulness God sees |
Issue #2: A week of quiet faithfulness from Morning Grace Daily, October 25 to 31 |

Good morning, friend,
This issue catches up on last week, since Issue #1 went out the same weekend. Thank you for reading, and welcome back.
Last week we spent our mornings on quiet faithfulness: the unseen kindnesses, ordinary work, small beginnings, and everyday family moments that God never overlooks. We started on Sunday with the quiet things God sees, and we ended on Saturday with the reminder that God remembers every labor of love.

A short reflection
Most of what we do in a week goes unnoticed. The meals, the phone calls, the quiet prayers, the work no one thanks us for. It is easy to wonder whether any of it matters.
Scripture answers with a gentle yes. "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart" (Galatians 6:9, NKJV).
That is the thread running through this whole week. God sees what is done in secret. He receives our ordinary work as service to Him. He uses one small kindness, one faithful step, one shared family moment, and one small beginning to accomplish more than we can see. We may never know the good we have done, but He does, and He does not forget.
A prayer for the week ahead
Father, thank You that nothing done in love is hidden from You. When our work feels ordinary, help us do it heartily, as to You. Give us eyes to see the small kindness someone needs today. Make us faithful with what You have already placed in our hands, and help us fill our homes with Your Word. When progress feels slow, remind us not to despise the day of small things, and when we feel unseen, remind us that You remember. In Jesus' name, Amen.
